Mission Memorial Foothills is located at 30 Kirk Avenue in the foothills of San Jose with easy access to the 680, 280, and 101 freeways. 

Our facility in a tranquil tree covered area, allows for a personalized tribute and peaceful place to share fond memories with family and friends.  The chapel sanctuary seats up to 400 people comfortably, with parking for 98 vehicles.  A large children’s room with scaled down furniture allows young restless children to let off pent up energy.

A small area off the chapel provides an area where coffee, tea, soft drinks and finger food can be served.  In addition, a banquet room with seating for 120 people along with a full kitchen with commercial appliances is available upon request.  With these choices available, the facility can be personalized to create a formal or simple setting to satisfy your specific needs.

Merchandise includes a selection of over 30 caskets, hundreds of urns, many of which can be personalized, all at reasonable prices.  Personalized floral arrangements, video tributes, prayer cards, and memorial programs are available.
